How do I track the nos of my audience?

Pls.how  do i know the numbers of people that visits my blog each day so as to know how i'm fairing.Bcos My main objective now is to create good content and pull traffic,monetisation aspect is better left for the end of it all.So please I'll like to know how I'm doing through the numbers of visitors I'm able to get per day and their comments.

I have two suggestion for you.

1. Use Google Analytics www.google.com/analytics Since you already have a Google account, this should be simple.

2. Open an account with www.statcounter.com It is free and it does a good job

Thanks brother,though it can be discouraging trully but I really anticipated it and ready to gradually build my traffic.Consistency is what matters and I'm prepared to give it my best shots,I've also read the two articles you refered me to,great idea.I also want to use this medium to inform you that you can now drop comment on my blog after I follow some instructions google group forum.Thanks once again.
