I asked for comment, you gave me an article! Thanks pal for all the wonderful suggestions. They sure will keep me busy for a while. I won't ask you for more until I have a story to tell about the result for implementing those ones you've shared. You are indeed my friend. Our blogs have been around for roughly the same time and one thing that I have found quite powerful so far is to focus on one reaction that I want and put a call for action for it at the end of every post. Initially I wanted comments, so I asked questions and always asked people to leave comments.....I don't know for a fact that that is what caused it, but at the moment you will notice I have an average of about 12 comments per post (I update the blog daily) I recently began putting a call to action at the end of all posts to subscribe to RSS or for email updates and I immediately noticed an increase in my subscription rate and last time I checked it is still climbing. I also created a video that explains how RSS works, perhaps you can link to it or create your own and at the end of it put a call to action to subscribe via RSS or email. Finally, Yaro recommends you post the feedburner counter as soon as you hit 50 readers, and you are pretty close, but personally I will not post my counter up until I am in the triple digits as I want to use social proof in my favour. As for Digg and Stumble traffic, I am a member of Yaro's Blog Mastermind where we have a "social traffic club" where we can submit articles for review and social media submission by members. One of these submissions to digg - my article entitled an open letter to women on how to treat men - got so many stumbles that I had 3000 readers in 48 hours. Therefore I suggest that if you have enough friends online, you start up your own social traffic club and/or blog carnival on blogcarnival.com where you and other people can help each other consistently increase traffic. I hope these tips help and I am an RSS subscriber and I'll see if I can help you're extremely valuable article on forum marketing get stumbled, dugg and added to deliciousMwangi - the Displaced Africans last blog post..Stuff African People Like: Job Titles

If I may make one suggestion that appears to have helped me: Focus on one thing at a time.
Our blogs have been around for roughly the same time and one thing that I have found quite powerful so far is to focus on one reaction that I want and put a call for action for it at the end of every post.
Initially I wanted comments, so I asked questions and always asked people to leave comments…..I don’t know for a fact that that is what caused it, but at the moment you will notice I have an average of about 12 comments per post (I update the blog daily)
I recently began putting a call to action at the end of all posts to subscribe to RSS or for email updates and I immediately noticed an increase in my subscription rate and last time I checked it is still climbing.
As for Digg and Stumble traffic, I am a member of Yaro’s Blog Mastermind where we have a “social traffic club” where we can submit articles for review and social media submission by members.
One of these submissions to digg – my article entitled an open letter to women on how to treat men – got so many stumbles that I had 3000 readers in 48 hours.
Therefore I suggest that if you have enough friends online, you start up your own social traffic club and/or blog carnival on blogcarnival.com where you and other people can help each other consistently increase traffic.
I hope these tips help and I am an RSS subscriber and I’ll see if I can help you’re extremely valuable article on forum marketing get stumbled, dugg and added to delicious

Mwangi – the Displaced Africans last blog post..Stuff African People Like: Job Titles

By: NaijaEcash

[re=328]wande[/re]: Thanks for the blank cheque (please don't complain that I am greedy, lol).
